How do I find the right size for my OOFOS?

Most of our styles are available in whole sizes only. If you are a half size, we generally recommend sizing up for women and sizing down for men for the most comfortable fit.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are in like-new condition.

Can I wash my OOFOS footwear?

Yes! OOFOS are machine washable on a cold cycle with mild detergent. You can also wipe them down with soap and water. Always air dry them in the shade; never put them in the dryer or leave them in high heat.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for faster delivery.

Do OOFOS come with a warranty?

Every pair of OOFOS purchased from our website or an authorized retailer is covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship.
