Return Process

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for your request to help us improve our products.
- 3.Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely pack your OOFOS in their original packaging.
- 4.Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and use the provided tracking link to monitor your refund status.
